Fasting means you may need to avoid eating or drinking for a certain period before your scan. Check with the imaging center for specific fasting instructions related to your test.
It’s best to bring a printed copy of your doctor’s referral, just in case the imaging center requests it—even if you uploaded it during booking.

Easymedscan works with hundreds of imaging centers, and schedules change frequently. While most appointments are available same-day or next-day, we don’t have real-time access to every center’s schedule.
When you request an appointment, include your preferred dates and times. Our team will try to match your request, and if that’s not possible, we’ll find the next best available option.
You’ll be able to accept, decline, or request a reschedule once your appointment is assigned.
Some centers offer walk-in service for certain types of scans. If your confirmation says "Walk-In Appointment," you can go directly to the center without a set time.

No. Easymedscan does not work with insurance and cannot file claims on your behalf. We are a cash-pay service only—meaning you pay out of pocket for your scan.
Yes. MRI and CT scans can create image distortions (called artifacts) near metal, which may make it hard to get clear pictures.
If you have any metal in your body (like implants, joint replacements, pacemakers, etc.), please let Easymedscan know when you request your appointment.
We’ll check with the imaging center to see if the scan can still be performed safely and effectively.
